ForceFlow Wellness Festival is a new community wellness experience coming to Lakewood Park in Tecumseh.
Presented by TOTO CAFE® and produced by Lakewood Common, ForceFlow brings together wellness leaders, fitness studios, food vendors, lifestyle brands, community organizations, local businesses, families, and friends for one inspiring day built around movement, recovery, healthy living, and connection.
This is more than a vendor market. ForceFlow is being created as a clean, positive, and meaningful wellness festival for Tecumseh, Windsor, and Essex County — a place where the community can move together, breathe together, discover local wellness businesses, enjoy healthy food and drinks, and connect with people who care about living well.

Youth marathon
2K Marathon in the Park
Open to youth under 19. A fun and energetic 2K run through Lakewood Park — music, community, and prizes. Run. Challenge. Celebrate.
Register a runner
Open to youth under 19 of all abilities. Complete the form with the runner's details and a parent or guardian's contact information — including an emergency contact — so we can confirm their spot and send race-day instructions. The race kicks off at 10 AM on September 12, 2026 at Lakewood Park South.
